The children were lucky enough to be visited by a real life orchestra! Everyone was wowed by the amazing sounds the different instruments made.

The whole school enjoyed a pantomime performance of Sleeping Beauty!

We have had a fabulous Halloween dress up day at Uplands, the children all looked super scary in their fancy dress!

Reception and Nursery children have been learning about Halloween and how it is celebrated around the world. They came to school in their scary costumes and carved a scary face from pumpkins!

Our amazing Easter egg raffle raised a grand total of £360!

All children and teachers thoroughly enjoyed the Easter assembly and most winning Easter goodies! Thank you for  supporting the school .

Celebrating World Book Day at Uplands Infant School

The staff and children came dressed as their favourite book character. Here are photos of the winners that day and some of the children.

Panthers and Robins went to Moat community college to play a bean bag game. We played against other schools. We enhanced our character muscles through the game as we required a lot of teamwork and collaboration. We had a great time and enjoyed being lead by the Moat community college students.
