Towering High

This week the Gaston class have been learning about collaboration and what it means to be collaborate.

They were set a challenge to work in groups to make the tallest tower within 10 minutes using paper straws, a pair of scissors and a roll of masking tape.

The children took turns to share their ideas within their group. They had to listen attentively and be respectful of everyone’s ideas.

They negotiated, problem solved and persevered and by the end were feeling very proud of what they had achieved.

Well done to Muhammad Aaqil, Henrique and Aakifah for making the tallest tower.
