On 25 November 2025, Year 1 enjoyed a fantastic trip to Vue Cinema, to watch the animated film Flow. The children behaved wonderfully, followed all school rules, and thoroughly enjoyed both the movie and their snacks.
Flow tells the story of a cat who, after a great flood, joins other animals on a journey to find safety. With no spoken words, the film uses music and visuals to explore friendship, courage, and teamwork.
This trip helped to build the children’s cultural capital by giving them a new and enriching cultural experience, encouraging curiosity, imagination, and a wider understanding of the world.
